GOEBEL IMS is the leading manufacturer of innovative slitting, winding and embossing machines tailored to the specific needs of every customer. The company stands for highest quality in the construction of special machinery processing packaging, capacitor, optical or other films, flexible packaging material, aluminium foil and others. With the headquarters in Italy and branch offices in China, Germany, Russia and the United States, GOEBEL IMS will continue to create a sustainable value for its customers. At Chinaplas GOEBEL IMS presents its primary and secondary slitters as well as converting machinery for web materials from 800 to 12,000 mm. The machines process many materials for different applications – BOPP, OPP, CPP, BOPET, OPET, BOPA, BOPLA, PET, PE, PVC – not only for the packaging industry. All machines incorporate the latest technology from GOEBEL IMS.
GOEBEL IMS provides a wide range of high-performance slitter rewinders for film manufacturing and converting industries.
The machines of the MONOSLIT series offer cutting-edge technology for high-performance conversion of films and other special materials with thicknesses between 0.5 and 500 µm. Their working width of up to 12,000 mm and their rewind quality at speeds of up to 1,500 m / min are unique in the world.
INTERSLIT is designed for processing a wide range of materials, especially standard packaging films for smaller web widths. In addition, it converts special industrial application materials such as capacitor films or thick film for industrial or optical films.
XTRASLIT 2 converts film and flexible packaging materials as well as sensitive papers. It’s designed for a working width of up to 3,600 mm, allowing narrow cuts from 180 mm and the conversion of material thicknesses between 2-400 μm.
Discover the latest development: INTERSLIT is the latest primary slitter for smaller web width up to 7,000 mm.
XTRASLIT 2 can convert packaging films, PVC, PE, CPP, BOPA and many other types of film from a working width of up to 3,600 mm to narrow cuts of 180 mm. Thanks to the modular principle, many variants can be configured.
The machines of the MONOSLIT series convert a large variety of films reliably and highly efficiently up to 12,000 mm working width.
