GC-coil coil heaters are available in various cross sections and sizes and offer high-capacity electrical heating in the tightest of installation spaces at temperatures of up to 750 °C on the cartridge sheath. The minimum bending radius of R3 to R13 allows the use of the GC-coil coil heaters not only in straight or coiled form, but in almost every geometrical shape. An optionally integrated thermocouple enables precise temperature control.
The flexible tubular heater GC-flex D-shape or GC-flex square are delivered ex-stock in various sizes and can be bent to fit virtually any 2D or 3D groove using the GC-flex tool set, for example. The outer sheath, made of woven pure nickel, adapts to any curvature and presses itself evenly against the surface of the groove. This guarantees optimal heat transfer even when under extreme mechanical stress.
