SAVEOMAT mono weighers for granules and powder are mounted directly above the extruder inlet. A user-friendly SAVEOMAT terminal controls the screw speed or the haul-off speed, depending on the control loop. The production process is kept on a constant level, with exact mass throughput rates, exact weight per length and a reduced consumption of raw material. In addition to the mono weighers, iNOEX also offers a wide range of other gravimetric systems and solutions.
WARP 100 is an inline pipe measuring system for wall thickness and diameter measurement on up to 38 points on 19 axes. More than 1500 measurements per second ensure that a gapless control is carried out on pipes that have to meet with particularly high-quality standards, e.g. pressure or gas pipes, at line speeds of up to 15 m/min. The static sensors allow a high resolution of measuring values in extrusion direction. Process variations are thus precisely detected and become visible.
