IPCO, exhibiting on booth 10W67, offers a comprehensive range of pressing and associated processing solutions in the form of the ThermoPress family of double belt presses based on Teflon or steel belts or even a combination of both.

The company’s ScatterPro series is a range of high precision scattering systems used for the production of flooring products, automotive components, construction materials, technical textiles and more. The ScatterPro equipment can be used as a standalone system or integrated into end-to-end lines incorporating the company’s ThermoPress double belt systems.

IPCO also offers a high precision, innovative Venturi drying system for film casting applications which enables the production of film products to exceptionally narrow tolerances without any risk of skin formation or costly imperfections. Typical applications include filter membranes, ceramic tapes, edible films, optical and battery films.

Innovative drying system for high quality film casting

IPCO offers a high precision continuous casting system that enables the production of membrane and film products to exceptionally narrow tolerances. The system is based on a polished steel belt and combines a precision slot die with a compact and efficient Venturi dryer.
