The GORAMILL^® unit is a totally closed, high dynamic and multi-stage rotor-stator homogenizer for the wet processing. The machine is based on the reliable, modular executed GORATOR^® technology and completes applications even for finest dispersions. Thereby desagglomerations and emulsions down to 0.2 µm to 1.5 µm are possible. The extremely robust, oil cooled bearing support and the upgraded rotor-stator geometries with special alignment designate the highly detailed inline-homogenizer. GORAMILL^® settles new benchmarks in regard to service, performance and variety of applications.

GORATOR^® can crush, defibrate, grind, mix, homogenize and feed – in short, it processes your medium using a variety of physical and mechanical methods, whereas at least two phases in the treatment process must be available. Due to the wobbling movements, thrust and shear stress are generated, which depending on the medium and its viscosity lead to an intensive mixing and conveyance. Solids are transported via centrifugal forces in the axial channels and will be mechanically grinded by the teething geometry of the rotor disc. By the rotation of the rotor disc the product receives centrifugal acceleration, similar to a centrifugal pump, and is finally transported through the pressure outlet. Here the product has to pass first the so called stator, this consists out of a combination of open and closed segments.
