nature2need is a sustainability leader in the development and manufacturing of durable bio-compounds, biopolymer compounds, biomaterial compounds and customized solutions – an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastics. We operate out of entities in East Asia (Zhejiang, China site) and in Europe (Germany, EU office, 2018, marketing & distribution) with authorized distributors globally – ready to drive the massive growth in sustainable products. All nature2need compounds are ready-to-use material feedstock suitable for standard polymer processes like injection molding coming with a high-quality, an amazing performance and a great flexibility.

Representative compounds have been tested and certified (e.g., Compostable Material (EN 13432, ASTM D6400), Food Contact Safe (EU 10/2011, FDA), Toy Safe (EN 71) and others). Customers can choose from a vast choice of natural fiber blends or supply their own organic waste streams into regional biomaterial sites of nature2need.

nature2need compounds are ready-to-use compounds suitable for injection & extrusion moulding processes on standard equipment. All biopolymer, durable and biomaterial compounds offer a great versatility (mechanical, thermal and processing properties) along with a very favorable carbon footprint.

Bioblend BT25S HH

Bioblend BT grades are developed for soft and flexible injection molded applications. The grades are naturally high-heat stable at temperatures up to 100°C. Bioblend BT grades are naturally biodegradable / compostable in all conditions.

controlled conditions (e.g. landfill)

Bioblend LT25B

Bioblend LT grades are developed for rigid injection molded applications.

Spectadur PB30MB

Spectadur PB30MB is a 30% (by weight) natural fiber reinforced Polypropylene (PP) compound. The grade is used for general purpose injection molding applications. It exhibits good impact properties as well as balanced flow, strength and stiffness properties. Spectadur is a durable grade.

nature2need biomaterial compounds are advanced materials built on a significant amount of your organic waste streams, like agricultural residues, food processing waste and and natural industrial waste. Under the Mottainai 5.0 recycling circular economy model, we strive to manufacture and distribute biomaterial compounds locally. Biomaterial compounds are bio-based, biodegradable/compostable or both. End-of-life products from the very same material can be composted or preferably collected and recycled back into new products.
