Laboratory roll mills Polymix L are available with roll diameters of 110, 150 and 200 mm. Latest technical concepts for drives, gap adjustment and heating as well as an innovative safety system are combined with dimensions and elements proven for many years. The machine can be used for all types of plastics and rubber materials. The basic machine layout allows mixing under constant working conditions. Customer requirements can be met with a number of options.
The laboratory press Polystat T is laid out as a four column press with high pressure hydraulics and compact dimensions.
A press force of 200 kN allows a working pressure of up to 500 N/cm². Electronic pressure control and a touch screen PLC control are available, to facilitate convenient settings. Hydraulic modifications are made according to customer requirements.
With a working area of 200 x 200 mm the machine can be used to produce a variety of flat samples in the laboratory.
Polystat S laboratory press is laid out as a four column press. With a compact design and high pressure hydraulics, it offers a universal solution for all laboratory applications. With a working pressure of up to 500 N/cm² the machines can be used to produce a wide variety of flat samples in the laboratory.
Working dimensions of 300x300mm, 400x400 mm and 500x500mm are available and are appropriate to all laboratory standards as well as for the use of moulds.
