mold interface, it enables the use of existing molds that
are already available at the customer's site, regardless
of the manufacturer. The new segment comprises a
series of thermoformers with an attractive
price/performance ratio and differentiates itself from the
well-known ILLIG BlueLine thermoforming systems.

RDM 76K 4G
with a forming area of 760 mm x 540 mm is a
thermoformer of the 4th generation. The double servo
drive of the production system ensures shorter
movement times and thus faster cycle times. By using
a center support for the lower machine table, ILLIG
increased the closing force by 50 percent to 900 kN.
As a result, the cutting length can be utilized by up to
50 percent more, the service life is extended and
productivity in increased.
HSU 650
(Hot Seal Unit) and sets new standards with the HSU 650 packaging machine for sustainable packaging.
Thus, the HSU 650 is another building block of ILLIG's "paperization" strategy in the "non-food" sector and contributes to the switch to paper and pulp.
