The new electrical notching device model 1808 developed by IPT is used for fast and precise notching of test bars for the FNCT test
according to ISO 16770. The cutting speed of max. 0.5mm per minute corresponds to the currently valid standard. 4 test bars can
be notched simultaneously. For notching the four sides, the test bars have to be rotated manually. A digital counter reminds you to
change the blade after 64 notching operations.
