About us
Garant Maschinenhandel GmbH was founded in 1973 by Windmöller & Hölscher. Since more than 50 years GARANT has been selling new and used machines for the production of flexible packaging worldwide.
One of GARANT’s main focuses is the production of new machines to manufacture and finish flexible paper bags and packaging. The paper packaging solutions range from small paper bags to representative paper carrier bags to e-commerce shipping bags and can serve individual requirements.
Another area of expertise is trading used machinery. In particular, bag making and finishing machines as well as large sack lines are professionally overhauled, upgraded to the latest technical standards and resold.
Services have always been offered internationally - including transport, installation, operation and training - which has made GARANT one of the world's leading suppliers of packaging solutions.

Discover the cross bottom bag machine from GARANT. Based on the provenTRIUMPH 5-F6 technology, the EXTRA 5-FS offers integrated servo support and operator-friendly machine guidance. Setup times are reduced and productioncan be fine-tuned on the fly, resulting in greater efficiency in day-to-day productionat a modern level.
Thanks to the bag‘s versatility, there are numerous possible uses for the machine,such as e-commerce and hygiene applications. In the latter, for example,the EXTRA 5-FS can be seamlessly integrated into existing packaging lines.Thanks to the optional filling edge sealing, the full-surface PE coating can also be dispensed with, depending on the application. This enables resource-saving production with lower grammages and in compliance with the 95/5 EU standard.
With the flexibility to meet special requirements, several auxiliary units can also be added.

The TRIUMPH 5-F6 is the well-known machine for medium and large-format block bottom bags, setting new standards in efficiency. As the next generation of the successful TRIUMPH series, it features modern SERVO technology, enabling a reduction in set-up times for format changes by up to 50% compared to other block bottom bag machines.
The machine also offers the option to produce two-ply block bottom bags, making it an excellent choice for industrial packaging with or without handles. This option ensures stability, material savings, and precise manufacturing.
