Corrosion protection of metal parts for indoor storages

WEICON Corro-Protection is a protective film approved by the German TÜV. It permanently preserves metal tools and precision components with a dry and waxy layer. WEICON Corro-Protection can be used as safe corrosion protection for bare, unpainted metal parts, for the indoor storage of work pieces, as corrosion protection during overseas transport and for the conservation of tools and precision components. The protective film can be removed easily (e.g. with WEICON Cleaner S).

WEICON Cleaner M cleans and degreases all metals, plastics, rubber, glass, ceramic, wood, or painted and coated surfaces. It is powerful and precise in cleaning grease, oil, resin, soot, wax, release agents, forming substances, cooling lubricants as well as label and adhesive residues. Cleaner M is ready to use, fast-drying, non-flammable and classified as non-hazardous. The cleaner is easy and safe to use. It can be used, for example, to clean and degrease machine components and tools. Its special formula consisting of special surfactants and alcohols does not contain any silicone defoamers, is non-greasy and therefore contributes significantly to the process-safe cleaning of components in production processes.

Because of its curing with residual elasticity, WEICON Contact VA 30 Black is particularly suitable for use in changing climate conditions. It is insensitive even to prolonged exposure to humidity. VA 30 Black is suitable for the bonding of diverse rubber materials such as solid rubber or cellular rubber, plastics and metal/plastic joints. WEICON Contact VA 30 Black can be used in various fields of industry.

Fast-curing, elastic, high temperature resistant 1-component SMP-based adhesive and sealant for tolerance-bridging joints. Viscoplastic, very fast strength build-up, good initial adhesion, moisture-curing, neutral cross-linking. In the cured state, Flex 310 M HT 220+ can be loaded once for approx. 30 minutes with temperatures up to +220 °C and permanently up to +90 °C. Adheres to a wide variety of surfaces. Free from solvents, halogen, silicone and isocyanate. High resistance to weathering and ageing. Good resistance to water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, diluted inorganic acids and alkalis. The high temperature resistance makes it possible to bond and seal components, which will be thermal-coated (powder-coated) afterwards. Flex 310 M HT 220+ can be used in metal construction, tank and apparatus engineering, in ventilation and air conditioning systems, in car body, container, wagon and vehicle construction.
