BOY provides full range of injection moulding solution for various material processing and application, clamping force up to 1.250kN.
We will demonstrate two small injection molding machine for medical instrument moulding and micro injection application.
BOY 25 E
Significant innovation is the increase to 250 kN clamping force and the possibility of a differential injection, which provides increased injection speeds. Travel speeds and improved dynamics could be achieved through further optimizations.

BOY XS
When you consider energy consumption and applications, the BOY XS is flexible especially with sprueless injection moulding. A specially designed nozzle, which advances right into the cavity, not only eliminates the sprue but also a costly hot runner systems.
