HydroTracer HT3 – Mobile High-Precision Moisture Analyzer
The HydroTracer HT3 is a high-precision, chemical-based moisture analyzer designed for polymers and other solid materials. Using the calcium hydride method, it provides fast and reliable moisture measurements across a broad detection range, from below 50 ppm up to 5%, with an absolute measurement range of 0.2 – 25 mg water.
Compact and robust, the HydroTracer HT3 weighs only 6.4 kg and has a practical size of 29 × 27 × 18 cm (H × D × W), making it mobile and ideal for use directly in production environments or laboratories.
Measurements are displayed in mg, %, or ppm and the test data is automatically saved in PDF reports for documentation and in .txt files for easy integration with other software systems. The device interfaces via USB and operates through a Windows-based computer, ensuring seamless workflow and data management.
