LABCO - KROENERT’s small-scale product line
Designed for research and product development, the LABCO has quickly established itself in the area of flexible, small-batch production. Its strict modular design enables it to meet rigorous requirements in both development and production. Test results and findings from the LABCO can therefore be easily transferred to production lines, thereby ensuring cost-effective and flexible product optimisation.
RECO – KROENERT’s versatile line concept
The RECO combines decades of development and is subject to ongoing further development and optimisation for coating applications above 500 up to 3500 mm working width. Various coating methods are available for the different tasks. A change of coating compound or the working width can be carried out quickly and easily using trolley and/or sleeve technology. Downtimes are minimised.
With its outstanding flexibility and individual design, the RECO can handle all modern coating and laminating tasks. Line configuration is adapted to meet customer requirements for versatile applications like label-stock, packaging materials, functional and smart films, applications for clean technologies and much more.
INCO - film coating in the stretching line
This coating unit was specially developed for inline coating between longitudinal and transverse stretching in foil-stretching lines. With coating widths of up to 3,800 mm, the result is coated foil webs with a width of over 10 m. The coating unit is used for single and double-sided coating of primer and barrier layers, optical layers and release functionalities and can be used both for new foil-stretching lines and for retrofitting existing installations. KROENERT has supplied many units for BOPET as well BOPP and BOPE stretching lines.
Technology Center
In our Technology Center, we develop innovative solutions together with our customers and with chemical partners and development partners. We test and optimise - until we achieve the perfect result. In addition, our KROENERT experts use the Technology Center for product development as well as for developing new process engineering.
Equipped with a LABCO and a RECO the Technology Center offers a wide selection of high-quality, tried-and-tested components. To find the best setup and the optimum combination of components the engineers of KROENERT’s Technology Center are a unique support for our customers and partners to find the best fit of equipment for your individual line and process.
