The BOY 25 E is based on a well proven design.
Significant innovation is the increase to 250 kN clamping force and the possibility of a differential injection, which provides increased injection speeds. Travel speeds and improved dynamics could be achieved through further optimizations.

BOY XS
This machine type is suited for the use of single-cavity moulds instead of large types. The mould concept for the BOY XS is to use a fixed mold base with interchangeable inserts that can be changed in no time at all.
When you consider energy consumption and applications, the BOY XS is flexible especially with sprueless injection moulding. A specially designed nozzle, which advances right into the cavity, not only eliminates the sprue but also a costly hot runner systems.
