Products & Services
The HiQ DIALOG modular, patented by Herrmann, allows fast engagement movements of the sonotrodes and gentle contact with the component. This reduces unnecessary non-production time and protects sensitive weld seals of the plastic parts to be joined when the sonotrodes are put in position. Any start point can also be programmed and optimally adapted to the size of the plastic part.
MPW Ultrasonic punching and sealing systems:This ultrasonic punching and sealing system MPW (Modular Punch Welding) can punch and seal membranes in one production step. Solutions for manual work stations and automation integrations.
The HiQ VARIO allows application-oriented configuration. 3 weld frequencies, generator powers from 900 W to 6,200 W and a very wide range of strokes are possible. Demand-oriented weld force ranges can be chosen, activated, and controlled with the reliable proportional valve technology of Herrmann Ultraschall. Graphical displays of the joining curve assist the user in finding parameters and quality recording during production.
