Products & Services
We develop high-tech systems and components for joining plastics based on ultrasonic, infrared, hot plate and hot air technologies. A significant aspect of the business is standard and special machines for ultrasonic welding and punching for the automotive, platics and packaging industries. We have transferred the advantages of ultrasound to other applications as well, for example, for new processes in the textile industry or environmental engineering.
iSONIC FLEX – Automated production lines
Our future-oriented machine concepts for the assembly and finishing of components such as center consoles, door panels and instrument panels stand for automation at the highest level. Modern manufacturing processes require the integration of upstream and downstream operations such as screwing, clipping, etc.
iSONIC ECOFLEX
The ECOFLEX iSONIC ultrasonic welding cabin presents itself in a completely revised concept. The special feature is above all the working area: Individually tailored to the respective application, it is now integrated into the cabin as an exchangeable tool cassette. The cassette can be exchanged either from the operator side or from the rear of the machine.
iSONIC ECO
The intelligent standard machine ECO iSONIC combines highly developed ultrasonic components with first-class mechanical engineering and up-to-date control solutions. With its intuitive operation and user guidance, the standard machine's performance is impressive - especially for plastics processing of small applications. Without expert knowledge and training depth, the user is able to obtain top welding results over a wide range of different components.
