QUICKTRON 03 R
Metal separator for examining granulate and ground material in free fall
Metal separators of the QUICKTRON 03 R type are used for the examination of granulates and ground material in material preparation. Different nominal widths allow easy assembly in different production environments. The solid housing reliably shields the sensitive interior from mechanical damage.
PLASTRON 05 K
Metal separator for installation on injection-moulding machines and extruders
Metal separators of the PLASTRON 05 K type are used for the examination of plastic granulates, ground material or powders in slowly flowing material columns. They separate metal at the inlet of injection-moulding machines, extruders or blow-moulding machines. Even in the basic version, the device can examine material with temperatures up to 120 °C. This series is complemented with devices for even higher temperatures or abrasive products.
METRON 05 D
Divisible tunnel metal detector for assembly in conveyor belts or vibratory channels for larger bulk heights
Metal detectors of the METRON 05 D type are used in a wide range of applications. They represent a high-quality option for rough applications in our portfolio of tunnel detectors. They can be installed in conveyor belts or in product chutes. The available dimensions are suitable for the inspection of both small and large products. The divisible design allows both easy retrofitting in existing systems and the simple exchange of conveyor belts in the event of damage.
P-TRON 03 FM
Metal separator with separation diverter for integration into intermittent suction conveyor lines
Metal separators of the P-TRON 03 FM type are used for the examination of granulates or ground material in intermittent suction conveyor lines. Versions for horizontal and vertical installation, as well as for high product temperatures after the dryer, are available. The P-TRON 05 GM is available for continuous suction conveyor lines or pressure conveyor lines. Crimping valves and rotary flaps replace the pendulum flap of the P-TRON 03 FM here.
QUICKTRON 07 RH
High-end metal separator for examining bulk materials in free fall
Metal separators of the QUICKTRON 07 RH type are used for the examination of powders and granulates in free-fall lines. They are available in nominal diameters of up to 300 mm and cover all areas of application, from the laboratory to lorry loading. Its hygienic structure and easy cleanability prevent cross-contamination between product batches. Depending on the requirement, they can increase process reliability or also perform the inspection of outgoing goods.
