MAVEG® is a specialist in wet grinding and processing machines of the mark GORATOR® and GORAMILL®. We have been supplying standard and specific special machines for various industrial and chemical sectors since 2006. This involves the preparation and processing by superimposition based on the principles of crushing, defibrating, grinding, mixing, homogenizing and feeding. In short: The machines process your medium, whereas at least two phases in the treatment process must be available.

The GORATOR® is working since more than 5 decades to serves as wet processing unit in the various industrial sectors for a wide range of mediums. It grinds particles from up to 100 mm down to particles < 0,3 mm. The system will be used amongst others for the food industry, pharmacy, chemical industry, cosmetics, paper and pulp industry, building materials, mining and recycling industry. The GORATOR® has proved itself until today with its many applications, and prevailed against competing products.

The GORAMILL® unit is a totally closed, high dynamic and multi-stage rotor-stator homogenizer for the wet processing. The machine is based on the reliable, modular executed GORATOR® technology and completes applications even for finest dispersions. Thereby desagglomerations and emulsions down to 0.2 µm to 1.5 µm are possible. The extremely robust, oil cooled bearing support and the upgraded rotor-stator geometries with special alignment designate the highly detailed inline-homogenizer. GORAMILL® settles new benchmarks in regard to service, performance and variety of applications.
