MAVEG® is producing machine equipment for the coke industry, especially for grinding and homogenizing of coke tar. MAVEG® has known for many years from Western Europe, China, Taiwan, India, Vietnam and other parts of the world that most coke industry is working with open systems for tar separating (decanter), where many toxic ammonia gases enter the atmosphere. MAVEG® thinking environmental protection is now calling for the elimination of the emission of toxic gases, so that the open systems will have to be optimized globally in the future. MAVEG® is a specialist in wet grinding and processing machines of the mark GORATOR® and GORAMILL®. We have been supplying standard and specific special machines for various industrial and chemical sectors since 2006. This involves the preparation and processing by superimposition based on the principles of crushing, defibrating, grinding, mixing, homogenizing and feeding. In short: The machines process your medium, whereas at least two phases in the treatment process must be available.
The Gorator® crushes the coke particles of up to 70 mm down to particle sizes smaller than 5 mm. With the Gorator® a clean inline process can be realized. The big particles do not need to separate by hand, therefore the efficiency of the process will increase and the waste and the manual work will decrease. Also, the sales volume of tar will increase due to the grinded particles which are parts of the liquid tar.
