eMONOSLIT GIANT
eMONOSLIT GIANT is the widest slitter rewinder for flexible packaging and specialty films. It is ideal for processing all kind of packaging and technical film applications with a working width of 9,500 mm to 12,000 mm. Using this machine, plastic films are converted into perfect film rolls at speeds of up to 1,500 m/min.
eINTERSLIT machine has been developed for a wide range of applications, especially BOPA and thin PET films for smaller web widths from 4,000 to 7,000. It is suitable for converting special industrial materials such as capacitor films or thick films or optical films.
The eXTRASLIT slitter rewinder for film and flexible packaging materials works fully electrical, without any hydraulic functions. It is designed for a working width of up to 3,800 mm. It allows narrow cuts and the conversion of material thicknesses between 2 and 400 μm. The speed of 1,200 m / min ensures the highly productive, economic production of finished rolls weighing up to 5000 kg.
